Webinar: Sponsored childcare support – Going beyond gender diversity
In conjunction with International Women’s Day, People Matters in partnership with Founding Years is holding a thought-provoking webinar on managing attrition of returning mothers.
Controlling the attrition of female talent at the mid-management level is every organization’s objective today. The ratio that starts at an almost 50:50 at the entry level ,dwindles to a mere 5% – 9% or even lower in some cases, at the top. Organizations are studying their talent data in detail to understand the choke points that cause attrition and how these gaps can be plugged. Maternity and child care support have been identified as areas that need attention.
The webinar provides a platform for HR professionals and employers to address the re-entry of mothers and the challenges that it poses. Among the highlights are case studies of corporate best practices in providing infrastructure support to returning mothers, discussions on models of childcare support, and the employers’ role in mitigating the challenge.
The founder & CEO of Founding Years, Priva Krishnan, is the key speaker and is an alumnus of London Business School. Prior to founding the company, she led European operations for Mphasis.
