PARC 66 IN JINAN
Located on Quancheng Lu, the “Golden Avenue” in the heart of Jinan, Parc 66 has been a game changer for the city’s retail landscape since its opening in August 2011. With a gross floor area spanning over 170,000 square meters, the retail complex features a dynamic, streamlined architectural design that takes its inspiration from the surrounding lakes and springs, comprising lush green spaces and two triangular structures linked by a sinuous bridge that resembles a “dancing dragon”. It has since won multiple international design and architectural accolades and become one of Jinan’s most recognizable landmarks. Parc 66, one of the city’s largest malls, continues to deliver exceptional culinary, retail, leisure and entertainment experiences for consumers in Jinan.

STAFF COMMUNICATION AND ENGAGEMENT
We believe that in order to drive staff engagement and commitment, we have to maintain close communication with our staff, promote their understanding of the company from different perspectives, and stay aware of their needs at all times. In 2019, we have stepped up communication and interaction with our staff through new media platforms by posting updates more frequently in various forms. At the same time, we have launched the “One-Line Talk” WeChat group to listen to our front-line staff directly, learn about their needs, resolve their issues at work, make improvements based on their comments, and show our care for their wellbeing. Feedback has been positive, marked by a sharp rise in the number of followers and the click-through rate of our social media group compared to the same period last year.
In addition, our staff activities are designed with a focus on interactive and innovative elements, to promote staff experience and engagement. Our activities are not limited to the celebration of traditional festivals or special dates – we regularly host themed events such as Women’s Day and Men’s Day, while bringing a fresh take on birthday parties and breakfast meetings.

We are committed to the physical and mental wellbeing of our staff. By optimizing the cuisine combinations at the staff canteen, our staff are eating better and healthier with a wider variety of high quality food. We are also offering more themed food festivals, handmade delicacies, dessert and snacks, seasonal vegetables, and weekly special dishes.
We are also helping our staff to balance work and life through an ongoing staff wellness program, which includes health talks covering the prevention of chronic diseases, professional guidance on healthy eating, and other topics as well as fun sports games and competitions. The Parc 66 Hang Lung As One Volunteer Team continues to act upon its commitment to protect the environment and care for the underprivileged and those with special needs. Through utilization of resources and active cooperation with other volunteer organizations, we have successfully organized charitable activities such as “potted planting for migrant children”, “promotion and protection of traditional culture”, “Air Quality·Enjoy Green Life”, and “Helping Poor Children with Congenital Heart Disease”. Staff participation has been impressive, as more than two-thirds of our employees have taken part in our volunteer activities.
