Our staff from different departments and positions are able to convey ideas and share feelings at specially organized birthday parties and a monthly breakfast meeting. The views of our staff are important to us, and we have established various channels through which they can express their opinions and ideas so that the company can respond with feedback and by making the necessary improvements in a timely manner. Our staff have also been engaged in the vetting of staff canteen vendors, including food tasting, and are able to continue to rate the chosen vendor through a mobile app. All-in-all, we are making every effort to ensure our staff feel the respected and cared for.

We advocate the importance of work-life balance and regularly host a variety of leisure activities for our staff including archery, painting, sports events, and talent shows, through which our staff can foster closer ties with each other in a relaxed environment doing things that they enjoy.
We also strive to give back to society and are dedicated to contributing to the building-up of sustainable communities and the betterment of the environment. Since 2018, we have organized a number of volunteer activities to serve the community in different ways, including visiting the elderly for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and tree-planting, in which families of our staff have also participated. More and more of our staff are benefiting from our comprehensive, holistic training courses. We design courses each year based on training needs to enable our staff to expand their skillset for self-improvement. Performance appraisals are carried out twice a year to help our staff set explicit goals, maximize their potential, and deliver better results as well as to encourage them to pursue excellence and personal growth across all areas.
