In CPT, we consider integrity and people prior to business. Following the revision of Taiwan’s labor regulations, CPT initiated an internal review of its policies to comply with the new rules and kept up fluent communications with employees to prevent misinterpretation. Meanwhile, we implemented humanized management in order to provide the most suitable solutions for diverse employees’ needs. For instance, the ‘CPT Work from Home Guideline’, was approved and will be effective on 1 June 2019 after frank discussions within the management team.

In Taiwan, CPT is preparing to launch a new project this year called ‘Internal Internship Program’. Good performers will gain more chances to learn from other functions and enlarge their scope and capabilities. Mentors will be able to develop leadership capabilities from job coaching and task assignments, which makes them potential candidates for promotion to managerial level.

Like father, like son. CPT inherits CSK’s charity trait that cares about society, the environment and its employees. CPT implements not only CSR activities at least 2 times every year but also a charity sale during the 30th Anniversary ceremony in December 2018. CPT created innovative scarfs for female employees and neckties for males as anniversary gifts. Money collected from the sale was donated to the Nursing Home of Eden, Yilan County. CPT has grown 30 years in this beautiful island. CSR is our DNA, and the core of sustainable development goals.
