Cigna lists an annual budget for the employees’ benefits and has an Employees’ Welfare Committee in place, which organizes employee outings, movie day, family day, and year-end parties; Cigna also welcomes family members of the employees to participate in these events. Furthermore, within Cigna, there are fourteen different clubs formed by the employees with various hobbies. The employees with similar interests could gather together and extend their friendships outside of work.
