Established in 1995, Gamuda Land is the property development arm of Gamuda Berhad, one of the leading engineering, construction and infrastructure groups in Malaysia. For over two decades of development with many townships in Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia and Singapore built on the total area of 2,500 ha with total investment of billions USD, Gamuda Land continues to affirm its position as reputable real estate developer in Asia for creating green living spaces, integrating many utilities both physical and psychical life for residents.

GAMUDA LAND INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Open to all undergraduates pursuing their tertiary studies within and outside the country, the Gamuda Land Internship Program (GLIP) provides an all-inclusive experiential program for students who wish to hone their chosen expertise and gain valuable on-the-job working exposure in one of the largest and most successful property developers from Malaysia.
The crucial experience and knowledge gained from the internship often leads to rewarding employment in their future career path. All interns are provided with a competitive monthly stipend during the internship.

One of Gamuda Land’s core value is to develop new talents and our people. At Gamuda Land, we provide a wide array of enhancement training program in long term. In 2019, we have organized 12 training courses that designed for each functional group and based on employee’s needs and requirements:
GLEP (Gamuda Land Leadership Enhancement Program) for Deputy Managers, Managers and Head of Department;
GIEP (Gamuda Land Interpersonal Skillset Enhancement Program) for Back and Front Officers;
CREP (Customer Relationship Enhancement Program) for Residential Sales Department;
CXEP (Customer Experience Enhancement Program) for Township Management Department and Project Construction Management Department (handover in charge).
GAMUDA LAND ENGLISH SPEAKING CLUB (GLEC)
GLEC is a testament of our commitment to enhance English language proficiency among Gamudians. GLEC develops and implements program to improve communication effectiveness in English. Lessons will be highly communicative and often build towards an end of class production activity, such as a role-play, presentation or communicative game, in order to encourage development of speaking and listening skills in English.
With 3 classes of GLEC that have organized in 2019, we have successfully provided for our employees to enhance their communication skills, and pronunciation in English.

Here at Gamuda Land, we valued the corporate social responsibility (CSR) greatly along with others business activities. We strive to contribute to the improvement of the living quality, aiming towards a sustainable development.
RUN FOR YOUR HEART AND FOR MILLIONS OF VIETNAMESE CHILDREN’ HEARTS
“Run for the heart” is an important project that Gamuda Land want to develop long term because we believe, the children are our future.
With the message “HEARTS TO HEARTS, RAISE THE LIVES”, Gamuda Land wants to contribute to keep the children’s heartbeats, and bring the brighter future to them to keep the beautiful smiles for those children, create the chance for them to play and run on their feet, as well as enjoy simple yet meaningful things of their childhood. For us, run is just a very simple action but “Run for the Heart” will open up the new hopes for these unfortunate children.
In 2019, Run for the Heart was a great success when it successfully raised VND 8.9 billion of funds, beyond the initial expectations. As a result, an additional 347 children with congenital heart diseases will receive treatment this year.
SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES.
For the development of young generation full of knowledge, Gamuda Land has collaborated with Son Ky Ward Community of Tan Phu District (HCMC) every year to organize the “Scholarship Program” with the hope that could provide poverty students from primary school to high school more opportunities to earn a good education.
In 2019, the total amount we have sponsored is VND 95.2 million equivalent to more than 100 scholarships has been awarded, this means lots of students could reach further education and pursue their dream. It is a great impact on the developing of the community and our future.
