ABOUT ATAD STEEL STRUCTURE
Established since 2004, ATAD specializes in providing complete solutions including consulting, design, fabrication and erection of high-quality pre-engineered steel building and steel structure products.
At ATAD, we operate with a quality international management system of ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and 2 modern factories delivering 144,000 tons per year. Our factories are among the largest and most advanced steel structure production facilities in the world.
Especially, ATAD Dong Nai factory is the largest and most modern factory in Vietnam and the first steel structure factory in Asia to achieve LEED Gold certification by the US Green Building Council and first factory office to achieve LEED Platinum certification in Vietnam.
Besides headquarter in Vietnam, we have representative offices across Asia, including Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
ATAD builds our brand name on the basis of human resources. Today, we proudly have a team of over 1700 employees from different countries over the world. All staff is working together with 7 core values in mind and passion for steel structure at heart.
ATAD has implemented more than 3000 steel buildings with large-scale and complex projects in Vietnam and overseas such as Vinfast Automobile Manufacturing Complex, Hoa Phat Steel Complex, Cam Ranh International Airport, Da Nang International Airport, Wattay Airport, Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Project Extension, JFE Meranti Myanmar Factory… Our products are available in more than 35 countries around the world and have been delivered to remote areas such as Pakistan, Fiji, America, Qatar, Oman, Ivory Coast, Uganda, Maldives, Guam and so on.
The company has been honored in the Top VNR 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam for many years, and in the Top 50 Vietnamese Business Best growth (FAST500) in 2018 and 2019 announced by Vietnam Report.

We have Sales management trainee program where young talented Sales engineers participate in a well-tailored “mini MBA training courses” to grow professional Sales managers in the future.
We implement a robust learning and development plan with a variety of training courses for staff to join and improve both their professional and personal skills. The company set an annual Training
KPI as: every member has to complete at least 36 hours of being trained and every manager has to deliver at least 12 hours of training per year.
Besides internal training, we provide professional and soft skill training courses for all staff. These courses are delivered by top domestic and foreign training experts. Recently, we have cooperated strategically with ELSA Speak – the world’s leading English speaking and communication application using Artificial Intelligence, to improve English proficiency of company staff.

ATAD’s mission is to bring prosperity and sustainable development to both the company and the communities through many social activities in every country we operate. Annually, ATAD members participate in charity and volunteering activities to help elderly people, orphans, and children in need.
We are committed to environmental considerations. ATAD has taken a pioneering step by acquiring LEED Gold certification for the factory and LEED Platinum certification for the office. Moreover, our employees are well aware and actively follow #gogreenwithATAD mindset by reducing printing materials, saving electricity, water and so on. Last but not least, inspiring and nurturing young generation is also one of ATAD’s commitments. We signed comprehensive cooperation with top universities, delivering workshops about steel structure, taking students to construction site and our factories in Dong Nai and Long An provinces. All those activities help bring the real working environment closer to university students and cultivate the love for steel structure since university time.
